No, she's a confirmed spawn in one of the solo extreme, but you'll have better luck doing the vegas riding quest with random party.

Will the Astra collection file bosses spawn better in the riding quest if you do it on XH, or is the rate the same as SH?

Pretty sure the rates are the same, the only difference is the level and the drop rate bonus multiplier (the later of which doesn't affect CFs anyway)

Is there any way to reorder your pets in the pets tab? I'd love to be able to move the pet I'm leveling to the top of the list for easy feeding, but I'm not seeing a way to actually change the order...

strangly no, flying bosses is not the same and the ones you laucned airborne with attack.
