If it says Example, Astra Sword requires a Nox Sword, but it has the "will only increase" tag for Mother; even if the Nox Sword drops from Falz Hunar, it will not complete that requirement for the CF.

Recently got the Astra series Katana and was considering adding abilities to it. it says i have 4 slots and an extra but i notice that Mother Factor isnt shown. if i add abilities do i lose Mother Factor or is that locked to the weapon itself and i can only modify the other abilities?

Factor affixs work like souls, you need at least two of them for them to show up as a choice for affixing.
