It is permanent, and no, you can't level up your ring once you have embedded it into the unit.

Many people experience connection delay at mother raid as well but getting 630 is more of your network issue. It used to take me one minute to get in campship and another minute to get a drink.
Has not been that bad since Wednesday's maintenance.
Ah ok, I still need more than a minute to get into the gateship for Mother occasionally though, should be some problems with my network then. Good to know, thank you.

You see those blocks that are always full? Those ones.
I'm not even joking. They're called Expert blocks, they change almost every maintenance, but generally people that actually want to play MPAs always aggregate there so mecanically those Expert blocks start filling first.
