I would just go Astra since with the amount of time we have the Astra CF, you can actually get a full rainbow set of them with little issue.

It is the Earth Timed Ability. For cost, if you are getting a lv5 effect, it is 18,900 meseta per unit when you request them (plus 10 Photon Drops and 24 of the appropriate Stee- material).

I believe it is 9% per unit with a lv5 effect.
