Illusia is more frequent in the Riding Quests iirc.
If you're not doing the Redran sheet, you can get the Illusia gauge up by killing other enemies that drop the weapon; with some of them, you can get the gauge to 100% in a single spawn. This page tells you what alternate enemies you can use.
How do you get Ra Material?
random drop from last stage bosses in second soloEX. Be sure to eat a lot of RDR. Next week gonna have a natural boost btw. And don't forget that you actually need to play as RA

why my BO/HU 75/67 damage so low , around 1-2000 per photon blade hit on VH mobs
youtuber deal around 10-20k damage per hit , yes my HU level not maxed and my Zansetsu only +10 but i dont think it will make much different

how far into the valentines client orders do i have to go for the special thing during white day's event? I'm assuming just till you get the new weapon camo right?
after Rina gives the camo, Silva gonna have an order to get her rifle. You may not need it.
so just clear until you get the camo and then the rest is optional to get 13* weapons
