Yes, you can. Game patches are always pushed out before the server comes back online, so you can connect as soon as they do. I don't know when the Tweaker has the update available, but the official launcher usually has it about 3 hours before the end of maintenance.

I can't seem to complete bingo because of the 'check AC product list'. So I've tried the first option which bring me to PSO2 website with current ac items listed. I checked the AC items list from the ingame list (the one with character preview window). No luck.

Any hint of what am doing wrong please?

The Units on sale in the BC Shop are Rear/Shine Blue and Rear/Shine Red. Both come affixed with Ability III, Vinculum, Stamina III, and Spirita III.

Shine Blue specializes in HP and PP. It has innate 3% All Resist, +35 ATK, +15 DEX, 10% Ice Resist, and has a base S-DEF value of 246. When equipped, your character gains a bright blue sparkle effect.
Shine Red specializes in power. It has innate 3% All Resist, +115 ATK,15 DEX, 10% Fire Resist, and has a base S-DEF value of 256. When equipped, your character gains a bright red sparkle effect.

I was told I need to subtract Special Ability values for these numbers, but you get the picture.
