How far do I have to grind a weapon to get the new level cap unlocked?

also I'm trying to help my friend install the game and his tweaker keeps freezing as its updating the game. He says it always freezes around 22 files does anyone know how to fix it? this is a screen shot of what he is seeing

If you mean going above +30 cap, you'll need another copy of the same weapon to increase it by 1. There's also the grind cap + 1 increase item from PVP which you can buy from player shop, but costs around 50m+ last time I checked.

How do you get the new Avatar weapon camo from the last update (the ones Hitsugi, Enga, & Kohri uses)? I know you need Phantom Emblem from clearing Storyboard EP4-8 & traded to Zieg, but when I cleared it on easy I didn't get the required title.

Do I need to clear it in normal or not skip cut scene? Also if you have 3 characters can you get 3 camos from it?

I'm such a noob. I didn't know titles will only be added from talking to the Title Counter Attendant NPC Lachesis Also I have to click on the title on her menu to receive the reward. I have a whole page of title rewards unclaimed...

I cleared up to right after the Dr. Dio fight on Normal, then finished it off on Easy after failing to the last boss on Normal, skipping all but a few scenes, and got the title.
It is a title, so just one per account.

As far as I remember :

Charged Banish = more AoE (line damage, I think)
Charged Volg = more damage
