They are the Noctilucent Eyes; there are 夜光瞳　大 || Noctilucent Eyes L and 夜光瞳　小 || Noctilucent Eyes S.

Guess it depends on the eye (or maybe the face I guess) because I can never tell that much of a difference from small eyes to large.

I want to say it probably requires her newer one (the outfit that covers more skin) since that's what you needed for Bruno's CO.
