You can try importing from Amazon.jp. They ship books overseas, and both Weapono! and EPISODE0 fall into that category.

So i have a qliphad weapon @ +30 with 20 element
am I screwed? so do i need to get more qliphad ones to +35 + 60 element?
Change it to Zeinesis and just keep adding element from CF? Since it keeps grind levels, affix, and pot (Zeinesis have Qliphad's pot on list)
Unless you need Qliphad's Arm bonus set or much prefer Qliphad's design.
Yes. 120 fuse is required either ways because you need that much to change to the Qliphad latent anyways if you're doing it from a Zenesis.
Trading a Qliphad for a Zenesis retains Antithesis Trainer as the pot, so no fuses would be needed as long as the weapon was at +30/30 before trading it for its Zenesis version or they wanted to make it a Qilphad again.

have someone actually checked if JA improves active PP regen caused by normal attacks, or does it only boosts damage?
ok so what's the best 5s s-atk affix for qliphad units?
also, is elegant power even worth on 5s? if so, then i could do some 5s with that..
