Yeah but my PS4 chatpad does some keyboard commands that make things easier

Like instead of double tapping the touch pad on my controller to bring up chat I can just press enter once on my chatpad. I was just wondering if there was a list somewhere is all.

I don't know if all of these work the same on PS4, but here you go: Official PSO2 Gameguide: Keyboard Controls (Google Translate)

As ZerotakeZX said, its a toss up.

They're both within 10 S-attack of eachother, which is negligible.
Astra has +1% damage from its weapon potential and you will see a noticeable amount of more PP recovered from normal attacks (allowing you to go back to your Damage PAs sooner).
Seikaiser (Seiga v2) will mitigate that 1% disadvantage with its SAF (requires you to grind it to +35), reduces the amount of damage you take by 5% and fully heals you every 40 seconds.

If you have one already maxed out, you can skip the other.

    Spoiler!

You will likely get more bang for your buck with Austere Rear and Arm if you don't have a need for extra Skill Rings, but if you do go with 12★ it all depends on what have available to you, and what you feel is most important pre-affixing: HP, PP, ATK, or a combination.

When leveling should I go for SH LQ(solo ofc) after Lv50 or do VH untill ~Lv60? Do you get the Reward exp from Ep2 LQ even if you fail?

Does Adrenaline ring or skill work with jet boots PA shifta/deband?

So did sega forget about the Red n Blue lounge areas in the side parts of shop area? They've been there since beginning iirc and done nothing with em. There even a little kiosk for both for implied npc

TMK it is just like the dance room in PSU's online that no one ever used because it was too far from the quest counters. It was designed as sort of the place people should go to chat or go afk. But no body will ever go there for that just because that is not where people go to announce triggers or create parties for quests.

SEGA didn't forget, maybe, they just don't care.
