I'm not sure to fully understand the upgraded potential of Buster Quest CF weapons. Reading what is said on https://pso2.arks-visiphone.com, it is 12% dmg up during defense phase in addition of non upgraded pot (8% inconditional dmg up).
So does this mean upgraded version is 8% + 12% or a simple boost from 8 to 12%? @_@

Additional 12% during Defense Phase of Buster quests, for a total of 20%.

Anyone knows the story about Phantasy Star Universe characters going to PSO2? I really dont know cause it wasnt translated

At least for Emilia and Vivienne, the story was that their Subspace ship malfunctioned and they ended up crashing on Naberius; in PSPo2i, Subspace basically allows for travel to alternate worlds (in one of the game's side-stories, they travel to Pioneer 1 and end up saving Rico from become Dark Falz' vessel and curing Flowen of his d-celluar transformation).
