This is incorrect. Stamina is at least ship based not sure about account wide though since I don't have any chars on other ships. The one that is character based only is the Buster Points which is why Sega wants you to work your way on doing the bingo that includes the G2 BQ.

They are old promotional weapons that were distributed as Item Codes. They're far overpriced for what they're worth, and they're only good as collector's items.

Having fun playing through the episodes and the story, but i'm not sure when to move on to Episode 4. I've finished everything up to the quest where you escort Afin's sister and Aurora through the facility, then got called back to the ARKs ship and that's it. I've run around looking for cut-scenes or a new quest, but can't find any. Am I done with Episode 3?

If you're talking about the Quest where you fight Anga Fundarge, then yeah, that's the end of EP3. You can switch to EP4 now.

What all (enemies and/or quests) drops 12* Astra Units?

I didn't even notice it at first, but on my second Beach Wars run yesterday, an Astra Arm unit somehow managed to sneak into my inventory without me noticing it at first (I was used to all-of-the-500-units-that-drop-per-run being those red-cloud-whatnot rear units or the blue lux set).

I checked swiki to try and answer my own question about drop locations first, but it only lists XH Esca Falz Mother as the only thing capable of dropping this set of units, so now I am kind of confused (maybe it just hasn't been updated yet?). When I first looked at the unit, I figured I would try to get the full set (I actually like how it, the arm unit anyway, looks; unlike most units/sets), but not sure how to go about doing that, or whether it is something extremely unlikely to pull off anyway (due to drop rates/needing luck/etc or whatnot).
