I was told that it drops only in phantom god rematch but in an pso2blog i read it drops from the normal eq, whats right about it?
kinda confusing, i also was told that i have to play summoner to actually have an drop chance?

I mean exactly that. They added it as a drop from the 3 Campaign Quests that were part of the ARKS Boost Rally event (which ran from August 23rd until September 6th), and now that it has finished, it is no longer available.

Is there any extended lore on CAST in PSO2 somewhere outside of the game? I've looked on the PSwiki and it's bare-bones as hell.
