It will show up in the party list and people can join as long as you don't have a password set. Make sure you put some message in the description or party name that implies that you want people to join in, or advertise in the lobby.

You automatically JA a charged tech every .5 seconds.

I was having trouble figuring out what this does as well. Do you charge a tech and hold it for .5 seconds and it becomes a JA, or is it that every .5 seconds, you can charge a tech without doing a JA first and it becomes a JA?
