Cosmic Diver is unlocked by viewing the Ep.4 Quna Concert while Festival Dancer is unlocked with the ARKS Dance Festival (We are ARKS/RARE DROP KOI KOI).Originally Posted by Tippo

If ranking affects your drop rate, what's the easiest quest to obtain an Eternal Psycho Drive?
ESC-A Falz Mother
Profound Darkness
Mining Base Defense
Magisterial Onslaught
Quintessence of Steel
If you mean overall ranking, like what shows up on the post-battle group shot, then that doesn't actually affect your drop rate. All 14* drops are just RNG, plain and simple.

Basically, yeah. Do mind that getting an S-rank does affect the overall number of drops, but honestly that's kinda moot in most raid boss EQs since the chance of not getting an S-rank is relatively low, even with a bad MPA.
Does EPD drop from Solo PD? I don't remember. If it does, you can spam that quest provided you have badges.

Where does the noreiga set drop? Can't find any info online.
whats the min. remaining time to succeed s rank on solo pd?
