Two questions.

1.) Apparently the new 13* weps from LQ has a pot that has something to do with "clear weather." Does anyone know what exactly would be a clear weather such as if it only applies to areas where more than one weather can occur, or EQ-related stuff?

2.) I can't find out the name of the outfit that Xie is wearing right now in the latest scratch. Anyone know what name it is, or JP name?

1. Only applies to fields where the weather can actually change.

2. Coming in next scratch.

I see people with Crazy Online status titles that are not "possible" but possible to put. Like putting five stars. Multicoloring letters and all kinds of crazy stuff how do i do that?

Color can be done using tags. For example, if you type in the custom status "[blu]So[red]nic", your status would say "Sonic" with "So" being blue and "nic" being red.

Weird characters aren't weird, they're just not easy to input with keyboard, unless you know its Alt+xxxx shortcut. If you're on Windows, the easy way is to open Character Map (it's a utility all versions have afaik), then scroll through the list to find what you want to input, and copy it from the field at the bottom. Please note that not all characters can appear in PSO2.

For colors, refers to this (english, outdated but still relevant) or this (japanese, updated).

That's one of the random path deviations that can occur every now and then. There's also another that spawned an Izane too (4 of them prior to emergency maintenance, that was one of the bugs)

There is a cap on RDR, but I'm not sure it's ever officially been confirmed what it is.

Hello.

Is there any downside to hatching eggs, and raising pets, when you are in early game and not playing summoner.
Just to get it done and get some space in the storage, without having to sell them.

your free to do it however you please, whenever a new pet comes out or w/e even if your playing another class, ppl tend to just force feed it whenever, all it does in the end is save you some time on having to wait on a higher level pet but its at your leisure to do so
