Most frequent places that I found it were:

Somewhere around the castle in the middle of the casino (normally need a balloon to reach it), in the back of one of the pillars in the casino lobby or somewhere on the steal beams in the casino ceiling (casino or casino lobby), again, need a balloon.

I already asked in the S-class ability thread, but I'll ask again here anyway, just in case:
Does anyone know if S3:活実の志 (Vitality's Will? Increase damage by 3% when HP is 80% or higher) works just like Perfect Keeper? As in, if you use a skill that reduces your max HP (like PP Convert), it will be based off your reduced max HP instead of your actual max HP.

Hi. Despite the Boost Week, I don't have the needed balls to try to upslot my Atra Farder from 6 to 7 affixes (90% often meaning 0% to my Dudu). I wanted to go that way :

Grace Power
S1: Vital Intent
S2: Immediate Profusion
S3: Vital Will
S4: Vampiric Strike
Power VI
Astral Soul

Except Grace Power and S4: Vampiric Strike, which one would you kick off (i.e. which one would you qualify as the less useful) ?

Do you mean to say that you want to link your SEGA ID to another PSN account?
You'll have to consult SEGA's support site first and have them unlink the PSN account currently linked to your SEGA ID before you can link a new one. Maybe someone on the forum could help you out with translating your message to Japanese.

Is the All Candy Remover still in the Treasure Shop? I haven't seen a single one pop up in the past 2 weeks, even with one list reshuffle every day.

Also, I noticed that Sega disabled far culling (Ex: When standing in the center of the bases in Base4, I can see enemies spawn at the ends of the map. I couldn't when far culling was enabled). Anyone know when that happened?

Hmm, interesting combination. I checked a bunch of players on the XH blocks, and it seems the pattern they go is soul first, and ability boost last. But it seems to be a toss up in between. I'll look a bit more before I find a conclusion. Thanks. Someone should suggest an option to freely change the affix order to SEGA. lol
