Saw phantom coming out eventually and got excited a bit to try it out, so I've started logging in since a few months ago to try and get those 1 mil exp coupons. Heard that the 14*s from the MH collab are pretty good, but not sure if it's worth going for. Katana I'll probably get for collection if anything, but are the rod and rifle worth getting if I already have EPD and Spread Needle? Partially asking just to save time since I still feel sick thinking about the massive grind I did for forest. Thanks.
EPD's potential boosts the damage of a skill Phantom will most likely not have and thus would be a Tatk stick and nothing else, spread needle might work but 10% damage+Needles vs 10-17% damage + 1,2,3 S-Class Abilities its up to you to guess which might be stronger
Should I go pure damage SSA or Zara WL or use utility SSA too? I see Hero swords with PP reduce affixes and thinking about putting ~200HP on the Zara WL with damage reduce SSA to decrease incomming damage even further.

The proportionate atk rule applies to dark blasts too, right? (eg: +35 atk with 3500 base atk = ~1% extra damage)
