Is it possible to obtain Ra Barta in current LQ?

I'm aiming for lv 16, but still no luck so far .... I wonder if I looked at the wrong place :/
I needed that additional freeze chance for support purpose.

If it's not possible in current LQ, where can I find it?

I'm already using Force btw.

You get it anywhere I guess. The JP wiki doesn't have any specific drop information so I assume there aren't specific enemis that drop it.

Yep, happens quite a lot actually (for me). Mostly after PSO2 randomly crashed in-game ....... along with ..... Drivers crashing one after another, along with Windows system ......eventually leads to BSOD ... slowly, but surely.

Don't send -> opens web page in IE -> close IE -> Game run normally.

GameGuard should fix that -.-

PSO2 never crashes on me, I always quit normally.

That's what I do, I just find it annoying.

Whenever this happens I force GameGuard to redownload itself by either using the "Fix GameGuard Errors" option under Troubleshooting in AIDA's Tweaker or I manually delete the GameGuard folder.
