PSO2: Can't sign in!

I was trying to log into my Sega ID, but I get this error message:

Your account isn't permitted for PSO2. When you created the account, there was a list of games that you needed to select for use with the account.

That's strange, because I followed the bumped registration guide and clicked on the link for PSO2 at that very page with the list of games. I got an e-mail stating that I'm registered for the game and even get PSO2 update e-mails. Should...I just create a new account or is this somehow salvageable? Thanks Blace!

I may be wrong then if you followed that step. Are you typing in your ID with any caps? The game doesn't permit any capitalization in the ID.

whats the link for the bumped registration guide? im habing the same problem and idk how to fix it.
