Since you're somewhat of a friend, I suppose I could feed your ego a bit since you clearly can't live without that. But honestly now, I've rarely spent my days MPAing and wasn't the biggest fan of exit bursting when it was still popular. Lets not forget how safe one is running such missions either, particularly with filled groups. I only enjoy such things in moderation; they're not as fun to me as the metagame I wish was more prevalent. Honestly, even the matter board is more interesting to me than the majority of what there is to do in the game when I'm actually able to do it. The popular missions in the game are so dry that I've honestly felt myself losing quite a bit of interest by this point, logging in at this point mainly to do tacos and grab ExQ passes.
I think I've posted it before regardless, but since you imply so much how you need to get off from it, than please gaze at the stats of this "pussy" and kindly let alone. That's how little I care about these meaningless stats.
I know exactly what the biggest thing you probably want to comment on is. Honestly, I've always loved playing by running headfirst into the middle of a deathtrap of enemies and seeing how it comes out. Its unsurprising that my death count would exceed that of the average player by a fair margin. Of course, I also enjoy getting things done quickly and its a lot faster if you're by yourself to die and go to campship than to exit to lobby and start a new mission. But overall, I think its fun as hell to go kamikaze glass cannon everywhere and to hell with it if I die, especially in this game.
And honestly, where's there even punishment for death here? There's so few places it matters it further distorts the purpose of even including something like that to begin with, much like the kill count and such as I said before. But if you care about it that much, say what you will.
Its annoying dieing for the moment, but the game beats into your head with a crowbar that it doesn't matter so much that I've stopped caring almost compared to previous games. The only difference is here it adds to a stat counter that seems more vestigial than anything.
And you'd be right calling me a tsundere, but honestly, I just fancy the idea of bringing more ideas to attention in cases like this. Aren't you doing the same with this thread in your own way? Comments on such things are of interest just to see how others feel on the subject as with anything.
