    Or the whole ship's just brainwashed to think she's dead. No one remembered Afin's sister other than Afin himself. No one actually REMEMBERS what happened during the fight 10 years ago.

    The question is though - is this a legitimate plot point? Or is it just lazy writing?

    It's PSO2 so I'd go with lazy writing.
