NP1002 and NP0 Errors

I am having some issues with nProtect gameguard (at least i assume that is the case) I will put my computer specs at the end.
When i start up the game (with and without PSO2 Tweaker) I get to the Cut scene and immediately get NP0 error
NP1002 Error i get when i start up the game before the Cut scene
They switch between each other.

I have looked through several guides on how to fix these specific errors however nothing has worked so far. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
(I had played the game in Beta however after reformatting have yet been able to play again)

Windows 7 64-Bit (only will include this since some guides said Gameguard could detect it but not legal copy of Windows 7)
AMD Phenom II x6
4 GB Ram
AMD Radeon HD 6800
Multiple partitions (in case that has anything to do with it Default is D not C which is my OS)
Also i have heard Steam causes troubles and i have that closed while launching.
