Hey there PSOWorld! I've been playing since OBT and used my account from a number of different IPs, none of those times did I ever experience any issue with the email authentication code.
I recently switched to a wireless connection and have therefore undergone another IP change, unfortunately I am not receiving an authentication code, nor is the resend code function working as intended.
My first response to this was that my email was no longer receiving messages from SoJ, this I however realized was not the case because I still got the SH/Lvl. 65 news on my email I've been using the entire time.
I am entirely disinterested in creating a new account and am seeking actual solutions to this problem. If you have any ideas I can try, or have experienced this issue, please respond so I might be able to play this wonderful game with you all once again.
