What shocked you about Ultimate mode

For those of you who put the time into PSO to get up to ultimate mode, what shocked you the most about it. ?

For me , it was the dragon having gone from a fire breather to a ice enemy and how beating him would take a little more thinking.

What was the shocking moment for you guys on Ultimate mode

Just the overall differences in the environments and enemies. Plus crack mode was enabled right around the time I got into Ultimate for the first time on the BB server I was playing on at the time.

When rappies actually started knocking me over was when I knew shit was gonna hit the fan.

Gillchiches and dubchiches only falling over like 20% of the time. Since they keep creeping towards you mines stays challenging for a long time, even after you're stomping ruins.

The fact i used all my resources and equips to do damage and i just didn't do enough to make it enjoyable, then i realised forest was the 1st of 4 areas, my mind blew up right there.

Realizing that having more HP meant I was going to die more often.

Lilies could actually kill you with a single spit. A room full of Ob lilies is a lot of purple stuff flying around the room.
