They don't use っ (small tsu) in captchas since it conflicts with つ (tsu) and it's not really a letter by itself.
Thanks, I thought it could be the case, but that つ looked so tiny there.

Now, for the English patches... Are those still around?
As far as you hating it, I haven't tried it yet, but I miss PSU so much that I'm willing to give this one a try... I just miss the Phantasy Star world..
English patches are very much around as far as I know... Which is not much. I'm playing it without patches, so haven't bothered staying up to date with that stuff.
