Can you find Mag Cells offline?

I've played DC version One!..sorry I just wanted to get that out of the way so..noone comes and replies like "Newbie Newbie Newbie!!!"......ok

I was just wondering if you can find MAG cells offline..? and if so..does anything know where you can get Robo Chao and Chao..because I used to have both of them and Soniti on Version one..and Im looking to carry on my persona..

Also, I heard its better to find Rares offline..do you guys think its true?

Sorry, but now Mag Cells are online only with the Holiday Rappies in Temple.

well... you have more chances on rare item drops the more enemies you kill. offline you might have the luck in certain quests but online you have more enemies and the unique chance to find stuff from another ID and i think its combined luck of all players there.

when i compare actual online and offline slaughtering time, i'd say i found more online.
