    Unless I'm mistaken, noone has been able to figure out what ever could be meant by that. Because it doesn't dowhat the Love Heart does, which is get stronger when by a characterof the other sex.
    People speculate that you may have to be wearing Angel Harp, Love Heart, and Safety Heart all at once to see the effects.
