Where have certain amps been found?

I already know about all the different combinations and whatnot with amplifier of zonde and yellow barrier and all that. What I want to know is where the amps and barriers were found in the game. I know that you can buy barriers from Gallon as well. The main reason is that I want to know where to hunt and what difficulty to find a blue amplifier. So what has everyone found?

I found Amp. of Barta today in Hard Forest and found Amp of Foie and Resta in various places, I forgot those though
