no I beleive you can find them in any difficulty

dunno why I ask...i aint seen a love rappy in 700 hours of play so it makes no odds to me *snivvle*
thats cause you dont see as many rappies in the temple...you will see one eventually...dont give up....and dont worry.
It wont be hard to get an easter egg or whatever whenever the fucking dupers get ahold of them (sigh)
It won't matter which difficulty you're in, because if a Love Rappy shows it'll show up as the Easter Rappy.
While it doesn't matter which difficulty you are in to see one, it does have an effect on what one will drop. I know with the Saint Rappy one my friend played a Normal game, found one, and it left behind Mesta. In Hard mode I played and found one (and only one the WHOLE time after many hours and runs) and it left me behind a shiny little Xmas present.
I think that was just bad luck on your friends part, Muku.
