Game doesn't start [SOLVED]

Got a new PC and wanted to install PSO2 on it, but I can't seem to start the game whatsoever.

This is what I did:

1. Downloaded downloader.exe from the main site
2. Downloaded PSO2_SETUP.exe via the downloader
3. Started the launcher, immediately gave me the "has cancelled the launch of pso2updater.exe. file is not updated." error
4. Downloaded the latest version of the Tweaker and installed it through the Tweaker
5. Tweaker does its thing, press "Launch PSO2", nothing happens
6. File checked through the Tweaker, press "Launch PSO2", nothing happens
7. Fixed exes and permissions through the Tweaker, press "Launch PSO2", nothing happens
8. Fixed GG through the Tweaker, press "Launch PSO2", GG web site tells me to reinstall (http://www.gameguard.co.kr/gameguard..._reinstall.htm)
9. Try to start the game via pso2launcher.exe, still gives me the "has cancelled the launch of pso2updater.exe. file is not updated." error
10. Changed permissions manually, same error

No idea what else to try, so maybe someone else can help me.

EDIT: After trying the same thing for 5 times now, it apparently works. *~MAGIC~*
