Hee, fun way to finish this up. You must feel pretty great, being at the end like this.
I should compare your current art to when you started. It's always neat to see how artists improve throughout their career.

As for the remake... I love the style. The visuals, the music, I even like how much character they gave everyone. But they changed the gameplay too much. Yes it's archaic and not fun, but it's such a different game now. And they removed the one fun thing about it; it's now completely linear. And it's very cryptic about its linearity too. You need to talk to a specific person, sometimes many times in a row, to continue. I still needed to have guides up just to figure out where to go.
Also, heal gems are overpowered. +20% hp healed every turn. Odin basically never needs to be healed.

Wow this is awesome, And it's been a long road too. The Phantasy Star Parody Comic started - 07-22-2011, 09:08 PM in the Classic's section and ended here in Fan Work's 03-18-2016, 03:01 PM. Almost 5 yrs in the making that wins the interwebs for golden rappy trophy.

I think I need to clear the air a bit here.

First of all thank you everyone for all your great comments, I love hearing from you, but the comic isn't finished just yet. There are two more pages

As for the redrawn comic, the artist did in fact contact me first and has my approval (he still credits me as the writer) I will be working with him on a full reboot that will even include extra pages. I didn't know that he had posted any of the pages yet or I would have shared the news.

And future projects? I have discovered my passion with comic making so there will always be future projects. Eventually I want to make a Phantasy Star III comic but before I dive into that I want to take a break from Phantasy Star and work on something different.
