MB11 is ARKS Tournament stuff, where you can get Patty and Tea Partner Card.

I think he mean MB10, since that's Episode 1 last chapter.

Sadly, yes. But, the CO from Quna may come from MB9 because both MB involves lots of Quna.

Last time it was per character. I remember getting stuff before ep 2, creating a character, then signing in to more rewards on that character.
