Blumegallas are seemingly among the most uncommon enemies in the quest.

I think it's actually the worst place to hunt them out of all the places they spawn.

Yes.

Having the Haze Draal as the ridiculously common boss is far better then Persona, since it actually has multiple drops worth mentioning and gives out more EXP.
