Server is offline, but it isn't...

So I've been lagging really hard today. and then suddenly got thrown off. But now I cannot reconnect and even tweaker cannot detect the PSO server.

I'm going to assume it's my internet, as I cannot even enter incorrect information for my log in. just gives me the standard 249.

So the question is... anyone in England or with Virgin Media unable to connect to PSO?

I heard about some IP Ban from Virgin Media in England back in august 2012, not sure if my memory and source was good. It might got removed after some time.

Well it's fine now, but it took a long time to come back, which began making me worried about what you said; IP Bans.

Maybe the isp blocked some port because of a sudden cyber attack wave... Who know...

Virgin Media has been having problems with several games today. These are ISP problems, not Sega problems.

My friend from England has been having trouble connecting to PSO2 due to error 249 most of the time since 5 hours ago and he can't go to certain blocks or he will auto dc... like block 11, 12 and possibly a few others.

Ship status sometimes says "unknown" for him.

He isn't on Virgin Media, though. He uses Ask4.
