Average S Charge confusion.

I'm currently building a skill tree for my katana braver, and I'm wondering which katana PAs if any are increased by Average S Charge.

Going down the list:

Kanran-kikyou
Sakura-endo
Hatou-Rindou
Shunka-shunran

If PA requires you to hold your button and release it at right time, it counts as charged. PAs like Hien Tsubaki and Asagiri Rendan can't be charged, Sakura Endo and Shunka Shunran are charged.
