Captcha help, please.

Sorry if this should have gone in another section.

I've been trying for quite a long time now to log into the cha.isao site to buy AC. 1.5 hours later I keep getting the same error.

"認証に失敗しました。
入力内容に誤りがあります。"

I'm 97% sure I've put in the correct captcha at least a few times, yet I have not been allowed to log in.

Do I put in the same login info I do when signing into the game? (ID in lowercase?)

Could someone please help me with the captcha

Some tips I've found that help:
1. Remember to lowercase username
2. Click each field--do not use tab.
3. Similarly, if you need to copy and paste something, do it through the mouse (right click and it paste--same with copying). Don't hit CTRL+V or use any keyboard shortcuts.

If you do all that and you're sure you have the captcha right, just refresh for a different captcha to try again @-@

There's also a hidden timer with the captcha, if you take too long it'll not let you in even if you enter it in right.
