How to boost my utility techs(Resta, Anti etc.)??

As titled... I assume that every tech is boosted every level up from both main and sub class and from acquiring and upgrading of their corresponding elemental mastery skills, right?? Are there any more means I am missing here??

Only things that boost Resta is the level of the tech, your T-Atk (except from your weapon), and Resta Advance.

Anti and Megiverse stay the same no matter what

Zanverse can be improved by Wind Mastery, latents that boost wind damage, EWH, and Chase+

Shifta/Deband can be improved slightly with a lot of skill points, but it's not worth it. Maximum duration can be increased with Extend Assist, with lv1 doubling it to 2m, and lv10 further increasing it to 3m. The amount applied by the tech remains the same, however, so a longer max duration means you need to cast the buffs multiple times. Adrenaline (Fighter skill) can increase the incoming buffs, but anyone without it will still need extra casts for the full duration.

Zondeel's PP cost can be reduced by both Bolt PP Save as well as TB PP Save. The others only get TB PP Save. And of course, it deals more damage with higher Lightning Mastery when activated.

All of them get increased area with Territory Burst.

For the sake of clarity, weapon T-atk is not factored indeed, but Tatk affix on both weapon and unit boost resta. And if you truly want to boost resta even further, there is a few 7*-8* rod with a resta boosting latent. Dunno how effective it is, but seem pointless to me when resta itself already heal well on an ok-decent geared FO.
