Party Level Difference?

Lol I know im asking alot of questions. I have been looking to see the negative effects ofa high level rushing a low level character. I know there is an exp penalty on your character for being 10 levels below/above a quest. Does that apply to the whole party?

Nah, just the lowbie eats the penalty.

But high level areas are restricted anyway, so you can't really rush people.

You can easily rush to lv10 on a new character with a friend in normal sanctum, all those wall/hole codes.

if it's a new character though you may as well just pull them along through forest. by the time they kill the rock bear the COs should have them around lvl 15. keep grabbing COs and you'll be level 30 before you even finish unlocking areas in fact I think my Br was level 30 by the time I finished the ruins. just start grabbing franka COs at lvl 20 and don't forget the weather COs as the ruins weather COs alone will net you 40k exp. basically it should only take a few days to get to VH with proper CO management.
