Game servers appear offline to me [Solved]

Sometime last night I was disconnected while going from the Shop Lobby to my room, it was just very sudden and it looked as if the servers were down for maintenance.
So I just assumed there was an emergency outage, and went to bed without paying it too much mind.

However, after coming home from a long day today, I tried to log onto PSO2 and it's still "down" for me. Yet, I see no message on bumped, or these forums indicating there was any down time. Also some of my friends specifically tell me that the server is up and they can log on.
Is there any way I can get the game working for me again? Or do I have to uninstall and reinstall the whole thing?

I've tried running all of the Tweaker's troubleshooting options. No avail.
So I'm now running the official launcher's file checker. [Edit] The File Check didn't change anything, I can't see the servers as online.

[Edit - Solved]
Checked Firewalls, Reinstalled PSO2 overnight, and updated Peerblock.
After doing all three, it seems to be working again. Dunno which one (probably the peerblock) since I did them all at once.
