Cant delete character

So I moved to ship 2 since apparently most west players play on ship 2 and I made a character but wanted to see if I could transfer my character from ship 1. So I go to delete character, hold CTRL and confirm the deletion, but nothing happens.

It's on a 24 hour timer to prevent accidentally deleting the character.

So you'll need to wait after you choose to delete.
