Extreme Quest Passes

I have five dirty extreme quest passes.

Could someone explain how I use these and whether or not your exp level effects the level of difficulty and or exp gained.

Also I'm aware that people sell these things and would probably like to do so once I know more.

Also what's the difference between 1 to 3 runs and a full run... Slightly confused by this. Thanks.

I'm in ship 02 and I'm lv 30.

First off, wrong section, secondly, you need to be at level 50+ to do extreme quests. Secondly, it's best to way until your at level 55 or 56 so you won't be affected by the level exp penalty.
