Yeah looks like you get an extra draw that includes the chips you added to the loot pool.

"を祈" is the key word. =D

Once you unlock the side story it's a really good chip.
150% E Frame + 50% A Frame on SP slot, technically it's 275% damage modifier on a single chip. Will not work on PA for your friend though.

When you pick the 10 chip, the next 11 pull you do, 1 will be from that 10 chips you selected.

Well, this sucks. I could have sworn the swimsuit scratch in this was valid until 5/31, but I logged in today to see it was gone. Had 1,000 AC I was planning on using once I picked up another 1,000 for the 11-ticket scratch.

Oh well, guess I'll save it. The current scratches don't particularly interest me.

The timing makes this new scratch and the weaponoid select scratch makes it a huge trap. Even more so for the weaponoid select - the more chips you have the more detrimental it actually is.

Remember that the iOS anniversary scratch happens on 5/18.
