The really busted chip is Facet Folia 2 - sure the higher ones do more damage, but we're not talking about a huge jump, but there's a 10 cost difference between 2 and EX - those 10 cost points can really let you ramp up the damage via better boost chips equipped. That and Nesis Arion by default come in lightning - if you grind that past 30, it's just going to enable you to equip even more.

I agree, but honestly I'm not even sure what I'd use those extra 10 points on currently. Maybe if I had a higher max-grind Axion I could've gone for a pretty beast lightning setup with: Ideal Duos + Xmas Annette + Judgement Heart + Bio Beld + Facet Folia 2.
But unfortunately I only play with one Character, so I have only just now managed to get 20 materials, so I wouldn't even be able to do that if I'd had Facet Folia 2.

Well, it's not like my Xmas Annette + Judgement Heart + Bio Beld + Seraphy + Facet Folia EX setup is bad anyway.

Whew, disregard that.
I did an AC scratch because it's Christmas and I'm irresponsible with money, and managed to pull Radiant and Itsuki Memorial, which is pretty much the best thing I could have pulled (maybe SORO would've been better than Itsuki, but hey).
Unfortunately fitting Radiant onto my Chip loadouts isn't easy when you're essentially trying to swap a 12 cost E-frame for a 28 cost one. Facet Folia 2 would definitely have helped there. I've basically had to forego Bio Beld/Avenger for Pietro.

Which brings me to another thing:

I checked the swiki page for Pietro and Seraphy, and noticed that they've added a cap of their effect on the pages.
Non-SP Seraphy apparently caps at 150% (1000 chips), which is still really really strong for a 12 cost, E-frame or not.
Non-SP Pietro caps at 130% (~168 enemy chips), which unfortunately means that it won't ever beat out Avenger/Bio Beld in the future, but it's still a good crutch Chase chip for when you can't fit either of the two on your loadout.

I'm getting stunned, but while dodge in the electric field attack, not taking damage, but I got the stunned satus effect, is it lag or just me?

To be fair, it's a matter of what you have available at your disposal. Eg. with my loadout and 1.5x pse or more I can onepass a lightning embryo with facet folia 8 (I haven't tried 1.3x yet, because the stars haven't aligned), but because literally nobody on my list has nasu as their main slot chip, I can't really do shit to dark. It's the curse of the EQ chip. It's true most people would find a yamigarasu useful, or those who didn't pull Annette to be an excellent choice for extra frame modifier, but damned if I don't get screwed over by that since the 3 chars who were able to pull Annette all have judgement and none have nasuyoteri/imperial pick.

I got my 7th arion exchange today, giving me 3 arion daggers total now (one +35).

Meanwhile I'm at one, and 6 stones away from the 2nd.

I don't really like how having multiple characters gives you that much of an advantage in that regard, but I guess I'm just being salty because I've only ever focused on one character.

Is it too late to get a +35 dagger? I have a +30 atm, and 10 stones. What's the best way at doing arion farming?

Farm like you've never farmed before. You would need 5 more daggers to get that +35, and that's 100 Material Zeros you're looking at. The easiest stones, are obviously going to be the first 5 you can get from the achievement list, though you can get a max of 10. Depending on how many of those stones you've claimed, all you can really do is try to claim every one of those stones for all of your characters, and then just straight up rush every request you can.
