Someone probably got their ass kicked for the fuckup, so (if I'm reading it correctly) they're allowing 3 of the 4 weapons to be exchanged for elemental resonance variants at some point in the future. As twin daggers already h ave an elemental resonance version they're excluded from the exchange.

If they're an identical weapon model+colour, gg if you wanted to buy them from the main game after they're implemented, because you wont be able to tell which variant you'd be buying since it doesn't list the es special ability anywhere. I kinda hope they do a red variant of the same model with the same name because the dbs are pretty ugly in green/purple.

They also gave another 10 op recharges and 10 rappy medals for this screwup.

The page you linked does say that the second variant would have a different name, they even give examples how it would probably be something like (weapon)-kai. (They're still deciding on names)

So Burn Draal can cheat and still attack you while it's affected by Panic due to its backwards jump not being considered an attack.

Annoyingly, it just spams the move constantly while it's affected, so using Katori on it isn't nearly as broken as it is against, say, Crys Draal, who just stands there and takes a beating.

Attack pattern usually is that it comes to your face then back jumps.

The point he's making is that it can't attack while under panic, but the backwards jump that inflicts damage upon landing if you're too close is not counted as an attack, thus bypassing panics 'no attacking' restriction. Not to mention basically no moves can hit it at that height, so it keeps itself from getting hurt too.
