Can some tell me what is the benefit for using your PSO2 equipment on PSO2es? Does the affix ability and weapon potential matter? If it does matter, is it recommend to have status effect on weapon for max dps or element?

Elemental cap at 250, and is probabely the most important stat.
Potentional and affix doesn't have any effect in the game.

Character level also matter, some qeapon require you to be lv.85 to utilize the weapon attack fully, but the current max level is lv.65

There are weapon effect that are active in PSO2es,
Early Learner - Enable you to utilize weapon full attack at early level
Elemental Resonance - In which if you reach 250 element of the weapon, you gain 25% of the attack of the weapon added on.
Or 310 with 3 of the Elemental Exceed Unit, making you gain 31% of X-attack
Elemental Exceed - Unit that allow you to bypass the 250 elemental limit on a gear

And weapon wise, it's
TMG = DB = Wand => Tali => Everything else.

Currently, if you have the Ex level PA chip, and the weapon class boosting PA, it's about equal to the previous end game gear.

So, I guess Panic is bad?

I tried doing scratch, hoping to get Katori (I did get it o.O) ...... evolving her, went to EQ, managed to apply Panic, and banther is running all over the place (I can't almost hit it with SatAim >< ) Any tips keeping Banther at close range? ><

Just stay still and let it move over to you. When it gets close, it'll start walking against you long enough to hit with Satellite Aim two or three times.

Panic isn't really worth using without the Saga chip to back it up, though.

Ah, well, the idea was for safety net, since EQ is just 1 target, and I can ditch Io (changed water -> fire) too I do have 1 in the friend list with Saga on it Granted, only once for ..... a few hours

It's also seems to be much safer when facing 2+ star target

Edit : Um ...... is there any note-worthy weapons / units on Recycle Shop (those with good price too is good. Need the money anyway ) ? I have 12 Snow Banther Chips + 5 Rig Chips .... if nothing worthwhile, probably I should get the units or just wait until next recycle?
