It's not very difficult to dodge though. The only thing that bothers me is the regular slash he does, since the animation is really subtle, especially behind the flashiness of my attacks.

The rare ringa (white one) has normal deadly attack.

It run graze me for one hit and made me frozen, cannot do anything, it run again over me and I die.

No.

If you have two passive chips, the game makes a roll for both of them when you fulfill their trigger criteria, but only one of them can activate/be active at a time.

You should combine the same chip to increase the chance of it triggering, or whatever.

I got killed by the charge move a ton of times too. I dodge and then it just hits me anyway.
Sometimes he does nothing but charge, over and over and over and over until time runs out.

That move is pretty much the same as quartz's charge move. Just step-dodge/attack into him, 2-3 steps should be enough to avoid getting hit. That way you will block his path and he won't be able to move away.
Just like in PSO2, always dodge into the attacks, never away.

Yeah but for some reason I often get hit once by Ringarda's charge in between dodges.
That doesn't happen when I'm dodging Quartz.
And yeah, I dodge towards too.

Sometimes it's just input lag or something, and the first dodge doesn't come out.
I hate touch screen controls so much.

This is like the most time I've spent in an EQ. I finally got everything except 100k PTS which will never happen orz.
