Chip stats will stack. Chip abilities do not.
Glorious Wing's effect is...different.
It's a large damage boost, with a further damage boost when using knuckles or partisans.
Either way if it is in the Ability Blast category, then 12* chips are going to be more preferred.
Would be ideal if it is an upgrade version of Ability Boost/Burst.....even better if it get its own category like Strike Brute. They really should have released a new Knuckle PA along with this though.
I can't help but wonder what PAs they'll be using for the remaining weapons that have yet to receive a second/third one.
They seem to favor the hardest hitting PAs of each weapon, so I assume Backhand Smash would be what they use for knuckles. Hopefully, TMGs will get Elder Rebellion so they have something with range.
is the english patch updated for pso2es?
RIP why did Glorious Wing have to be centered around weapons I don't use :l I don't think I even want to use my AC for this.

I'd wait and see just how good the damage multipliers on it are, first.
