As a wand using Techer, Element will matter, since using the right element will usually double or triple damage, but Gi.Grant is good all around, due to it's high number of hit, and high chance to blind enemy.

Using the right element won't matter, unless doing the Emergency Quest and Ex Stage.

so for the EQ this week I should use something like [Gun Salute Seraphy (my only 12*) /Edea Cluster Matoi / Judgement Hearts / Lisa S Excellent / 11* Gigrants] for n-vh runs, then for the SH runs I forget if that special wolga gets any different elemental weaknesses, so do I switch to 10* Zonde or keep up with 11* Gigrants

oh yeah this week's new Tech is Nazonde; that seems kinda bad when you can't stunlock your target, no matter how much damage it might be doing. I would think against something like wolga it'll get you killed more often than not

so does that mean combine a special chip with this one and the cost of 26 will go down to what cost? please clarify please. thanks in advance.

As far as anyone knows, no Chip does this. So probably not.

Context in Japanese is very important. Full thing is "ジャストアタック成功時、一定時間一定ダメージを防ぐ効果がHPに上乗せされ攻撃力が絶大に増 加される。" roughly is JA's has a chance activation effect that, for a limited time, reduces (or negates, not too clear on it) attack damage taken and while greatly increasing your HP.

EDIT: The commentary says they believe the cost is actually 26 and sometimes lower.

It's basically excess HP that acts as a barrier. Everytime it activates, you'll have extra HP, equal to 50% of your maximum HP, overlayed onto your HP bar in a different shade of green. If you lose this "HP" your grades don't get affected, but you still have to deal with all the hitstun and knockdown effects.

If you get a lot of use from it, its not a bad idea. Otherwise, let the levels naturally roll in while you save your operation stars for something else, like new weaponoids.

1. Complete the "quest" and defeat the boss in the EQ.

2. You need to have the weaponoid chip that have active stories, and choose to do the gaiden, and reach the chip level or stage requirement to do the stories.
