On that same note I like it when it's SP slot bonus isn't much to talk about, since you can opt to have another chip in for the SP slot. SP bonus is just damage up, so really, nothing special to talk about, and only 5% difference between SP and non-SP modifier pretty much says "use something else in the SP".

150% E frame/25% H frame. Seems kinda underpowered to me.

Also, Bluestacks really doesn't feel like loading up Story Quest 7-2-2. Is it a problem with Bluestacks or just the game being janky?

Yup, that sounds pretty solid. I swapped my Arion T. Dags over to Fire for the next 2 days so I'll be rolling this:

It's effectively 200%/212.5% so not really underpowered.

Also, maybe you could try another simulator? I have almost no problem playing es on Nox App Player. (can't buy AC for some reasons, but I can always transfer to Bluestacks back and forth)

Unfortunately, the character I have Darker Busters and SORO on is undergeared. I don't have anything notable to use aside from an Elder Rebellion 3 I got in the same Scratch as Darker Busters. I have Niren Kamui TDs, but I need to trade up soon...
